- Can an individual register for training without being employed?
No, an individual must be sent directly from the company with whom they are currently employed.

- Do you offer training for non-English speaking customers?
Our FORKLIFT and Rough Terrain Forklift training program and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms program is only offered in English at this time.

Depending on the class size, each class will take 4-5 hours to complete.
- What is the maximum number of attendees per class?
There is a 12 person per class maximum for safety training at our facilities.
Safety training on-site at your facility have unlimited number of attendees. - What do I need to wear or bring to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that is free of anything that may catch on the equipment
Wear closed-toe shoes. Please bring a safety harness and tether to class. - How long does it take to receive the certificate packet?
Please allow 2-4 days after taking the class to receive your certificate packet.
- Will my certification card be valid at another company?
No, certificates and wallet cards are non-transferable. Training documents stay with the company who requested your training.
- What is the Forklift Operator Re-Certification course?
The Forklift Operator Re-Certification course is for experienced operators who are interested in renewing their certification. National Lift of Arkansas requires operators to renew their wallet cards every three years.
Supervisors may send their employees in for a Re-certification course sooner if any of the following occur:Employers observe workers who are operating a lift improperly.
An accident occurs during equipment us.e
Workplace hazards involving equipment are discovered.
A different type of lift is being used.Upon successful completion of both the classroom and hand-on operation of equipment, students will receive a renewed certificate and wallet card.
- How long is the Forklift “train the trainer” certification good for?
Trainer status never expires. However, operator status must be renewed once every three (3) years.
- I misplaced my Trainer’s Manual. Can I purchase replacement training materials?
